A non-refundable booking deposit will be charged at the time of scheduling an appointment for any in-person consultation or treatment. The deposit amount will be applied toward your treatment on the day of your service.

For in-person consultations without same-day treatment, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account for up to 30 days.

If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into adjusting the schedule.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are not guaranteed their scheduled time slot. You may be asked to wait until the provider has finished with other scheduled clients. If the provider is unable to accommodate the delay, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

We value your time, and we kindly ask you to respect ours.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Please do so through the booking portal or by contacting us directly.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of your deposit. In some cases, a late cancellation fee of $25–$50 may also apply.

We understand that emergencies happen and always aim to be flexible when needed. However, repeated late cancellations may result in the fee being enforced and potential denial of future appointment bookings.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. Booking deposits may be transferred with proper notice and carried over a maximum of two times.

On the third reschedule, the deposit will not transfer and a new booking deposit will be required to secure your new appointment time. We appreciate your cooperation, as this allows us to keep our schedule fair and accessible to all clients.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in a $100 fee and forfeiture of your booking deposit.

Clients with multiple no-shows will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.

House of Aesthetics accepts cash and all major credit cards as methods of payment. We do not provide change for cash transactions but can leave any overpayments as a credit on a patient's account for future use.

Prepayments for services and packages are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. After 7 days, or once the first session has been completed, prepayments are non-refundable. Any unused funds or sessions may be applied toward other eligible services of equal or lesser value. Packages must be completed within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated. Services that have already been rendered cannot be refunded. All booking deposits and fees are non-refundable.

For the safety of our clients, all skincare and beauty product sales are final.

Visitors are welcome during consultations but are not permitted in the treatment room during procedures. The presence of any other person(s) during a treatment poses a safety risk to both the client and the provider. This policy ensures we remain fully focused on the client’s care and comfort.

For safety reasons, children under the age of 13 are not allowed in our facility. Your safety, the safety of your child, and our ability to perform the best service possible are our top priorities.
